Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2025 in North mainland, New smyrna beach, FL.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI strongly advise not working with this group. Very very poor communication, with him and the team, we asked for feedback, and hardly got any response back. Overall do not recommend these realtors.
